ingredients
1+1/2 cup all purpose flour ( add more flour if you want thick batter)
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups milk/butter milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil/unsalted melted butter
2 eggs


instruction:
1. mix all dry ingredients , flou1,flour2,baking soda,baking powder,salt,and sugar.
2. add milk,vegetable oil/melted butter,eggs, mix them together until smooth.
3.medium/low heat the pan , put a little butter , put on half cup of batter.
cook for about 2-3 minutes and flip it.
4.serve with whipped cream and maple syrup.

Banana Pancake

2-3 banana (dice cut in small pieces)

instruction:
1. mix all dry ingredients , flou1,flour2,baking soda,baking powder,salt,sugar and spice.
2. add milk,vegetable oil/melted butter,eggs, mix them together until smooth.
3.add banana to the pancake mix, stirring them to the batter.
4 medium heat the pan , put a little butter , put on half cup of batter.
5.serve with whipped cream and maple syrup.

Palm Sugar Bread and Butter Pudding.

Serves : 8-10

Ingredient.
20 slices white bread,Crusts removed (or 20 hotdogs buns.)
150 g salted butter / margarine
100 g sultanas
100 g caster sugar
200 g palm sugar
7 eggs
1100 ml milk
1 tablespoons cinnamon powder
vanilla essence

Instructions

Spread the bread thickly with butter and cut each slice into four ( or slice into two for hot dog buns ).
Arrange half bread in a greased oven proof dish,buttered side down.
Sprinkle with half the caster sugar, half cinnamon and half sultanas.
Cover with remaining bread, butter side up.
Beat the eggs , palm sugar , remaining cinnamon , vanilla essence and milk together, strain over the bread. Leave to soak for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining sugar and sultanas.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

Semua bahannya bisa kita dapat di supermarket2 terdekat.
Membuatnya pun sangat mudah, karena kue ini tidak perlu dimasak atau tidak perlu dipanggang.
Setiap pemula atau anak2 kita pasti akan senang membuatnya, karena mudah dan rasanya yang sudah pasti enak sekali.

Note: Gelatine/Jelly Powder sangat diperlukan untuk membuat adonan menjadi kokoh/firm dan tidak mudah hancur.

1 cup plain Yogurt
5 strawberry (fresh/cut in half)
2. tablespoon strawberry jam

Instructions
Put/arrange in order: half strawberry jam,Yogurt, remaining strawberry jam and the last sliced fresh strawberry on the top, in a nice bowl or a nice glass.

Sabi's Blackberry/Strawberry Whip

Ingredient.
250 ml double cream
100 ml Blackberry/strawberry jelly/jam
20 biscuit/sponge finger
1 cup coffee or wine or liqueur or cognac
20 g caster sugar
100 g fresh strawberry ( cut in half)

Instructions

- whip the cream and sugar on the whisk until it hold its shape .
( take care not to over beat)

-arrange 1/3 the biscuit/sponge finger evenly in the base of a glass/bowl, moisten
with coffee/wine/liqueur, and spread with 1/3 blackberry/strawberry
jam/jelly, cover with half the cream,

- arrange 1/3 moisten biscuit/sponge finger on the
top, spread with 1/3 the remaining blackberry/strawberry jam/jelly.
cover with half the remaining cream

- the last decorate with the remaining sponge finger,jam/jelly and fresh strawberry on the top.

- serve chilled. ( need 1 hour to chilled)

Ingredient

1 cup steamed rice
one scrambled egg slice/chopped
1/4 cups chopped onions
1/4 cups peas fresh/frozen
3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
2 red chili chopped
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup shrimps or sliced boneless chicken
1 clove chopped garlic
1 pinch salt & pepper


Instructions

-heat a little oil in a Wok or Pan fry
-add chopped onions, chopped garlic and chopped chili, saute until fragrant
-add shrimp and/or chicken stir and let their color are changed
-add some peas stir until well cook
-add steam rice and scrambled egg stir until mix
-pour soy sauce , salt/pepper mix well together.

GADO GADO SALAD___

Ingredient
1 sliced tomato
1 cup sliced cooked potatoes
1 cup cooked beans cut in half
1 cup sliced lettuce
5 tablespoon chunky peanut butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon palm sugar
1 tablespoon chili sauce
a pinch salt
3 to 5 tablespoon warm watter (you can give some more if necesary)

Instructions
1. Arrange potatoes, beans, lettuce and tomato in a large plate

2. DRESSING: stir and mix well: chunky peanut butter, vinegar, palm sugar, chili sauce, warm water and salt in a bowl

3. Pour the dressing over the potato, beans ,lettuce and tomato mixture.
