Brownies Kukus

Brownies Kukus

Ingredient:
6 Eggs
300 g caster sugar
½ teaspoon emulsifier

125 g multipurpose flour
75 g chocolate powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt

150 g unsalted butter/margarine
150 g Dark Cooking Chocolate

50 ml double cream ( or susu kental manis )
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instrucion:
Heat the large steamer pan with water in it.

1. Melt the dark cooking chocolate and butter over low heat and stir until smooth, remove from heat.
2. Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until light and thick, slowly stir in the mixture of sifted flour, chocolate powder, baking powder and salt,
3. Add melted dark cooking chocolate and butter/margarine, and add vanilla essence into the eggs mixture, stir only until the mixture and all ingredients are combined.
4. Divided the mixture in to 3 bowls. Stir in the double cream into one of the bowls.

5. Spread the first mixture without double cream, into the greased bottom square baking pan, steam for 10 minute.
Open the steamer pan, spread the second mixture with double cream over the first cooked mixture, and steam for 10 minutes.
Spread the last remaining mixture over the second cooked mixture. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from heat and let it cool
Put in the refrigerator for 2 hour.
